Because we know how exciting it is to receive new jewelry, all orders are processed with care and shipped directly from our fulfillment center in the USA.
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email containing your tracking information will be sent once your package has been handed over to our carrier.
Please note: During high-volume holiday seasons (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or the Christmas season), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. While we do our best to meet these estimates, carrier delays are occasionally out of our control.
3. Order Tracking
We want you to be able to follow your jewelry's journey!

Email Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link (usually USPS, UPS, or DHL).

Shop App Integration: Because K&N Jewelry is powered by Shopify, you can also track your delivery live in real-time. Simply download the Shop App and log in with the email address used for your purchase to view live updates and delivery notifications.
4. Secure & Discreet Packaging
Your security is our priority. To prevent theft and ensure your jewelry arrives safely:

All orders are shipped in sturdy, discreet outer packaging that does not explicitly mention "jewelry" or "precious metals" on the outside label.

Inside, your pieces will be beautifully presented in our signature K&N Jewelry gift box, perfect for gifting or personal storage.
5. Address Corrections & Undelivered Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to make changes to your shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned to K&N Jewelry due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we partner with highly reliable delivery services, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit.
Damaged Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and email us immediately at info_KNJewelry@yahoo.com so we can send a replacement.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. K&N Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are stolen after successful delivery.
